How to download

1. Download Links
When we have received the payment and you selected Electronic format patterns, your account contains links where you can download your patterns and store them on your local hard drive.
For copyright reasons we only allow two downloads per pattern. If something should go wrong during your download, just contact our Customer Support and we will make sure you receive your patterns.
2. File Download Dialog
When you press the 'Download' button you get a dialog box. Here you should press 'Save' (the look of the dialog might very depending on what browser you are using).
3. Save As Dialog
Select where you would like to store the pattern. The easiest way to find it after the download is if you select 'Desktop' as destination.
You have now downloaded your pattern and should be able to open it and print it.
And once again, any problems or questions just tell our Customer Support and we will fix it.
