How to order

1. Add a product to the Shopping Cart
When you have found a kit or pattern you would like to order, you first select what version it should be by selecting the appropriate option found below the pattern picture. (Information about the versions is found here)
If you order a pattern then make sure to select the version of every pattern you add to your shopping basket.
If you would like to order more than one copy of the product, just change the number '1'.
You then click the 'Add to Cart' button and will be automatically transferred to your shopping cart.
2. Shopping Cart
Here you see the contents of your shopping cart.
To delete a product, check the checkbox and click "Delete".
If you want to go to a product information page, just click the picture.
Click 'Continue Shopping' to go back to browsing products.
Click 'Checkout' when you are ready to place the order.

3. Checkout
Make sure your Billing Address is correct. If not, click 'Change Address' to edit.
Select paying method.

Available methods of payment

* By credit card. We use the PayPal payment service. However you do not have to sign up with PayPal if you don't want to. They process direct credit card transaction in a very safe way.
* Via a payment transaction from your local bank to our bank account. Our account information is included in the order confirmation mail. We have to charge you an extra US$ 15 since that is the extra cost for us when receiving money this way. Note that this extra US$ 15 is not included in your checkout total but should be added by you at time of payment.
* By check, draft or money order, but then we have to charge you an extra US$ 25 since that is the cost for us when cashing those. Our mail address is included in the order confirmation email. Note that this extra US$ 25 is not included in your checkout total but should be added by you at time of payment.
* Or you can pay by sending us bills (cash) by mail. We accept the following currencies in bills: US-dollars, Canadian dollars, Australian dollars, British pound, Japanese yen, Swedish kronor and European Euro.
You will be able to download your electronic version pattern when we receive your payment. If PayPal is used to pay, you could download it immediately after the transaction is made at PayPal. When other payment methods are used, we make the pattern available to you immediately when we receive confirmation of payment. You will get an e-mail from us when the download is available.
Click 'Continue' to go to the next step of the check out process.
4. Final Step in Checkout Processs
Verify that everything is correct. If not click the appropriate 'Edit' button.
Click the 'Confirm' button when ready. You have now placed the order and will receive an email within minutes with all details about the order, payment etc. (if you do not receive the email, please contact our Customer Support and verify that you enter your correct email adress!)
If you have selected 'Electronic version' patterns and the PayPal payment method, you will now automatically be transferred to the PayPal site and after your payment there you will be transferred back to our site and the download will be available for you there.
If you selected 'Printed version' patterns or you have ordered full kits, then we will send you the products as soon as we receive payment. You can read more about shipping here.
