Pattern versions

Our cross stitch patterns are available in two different versions described below.

You select what version you would like when you put a pattern in your shopping cart.

Note that all kits include ready printed patterns.

Electronic version

The patterns are available in Adobe Acrobat .pdf file versions. If you pay your order using PayPal, you will be able to download the patterns immediately after the payment is made. When checking out from the shopping cart, you will be taken to the highly secure PayPal site where you make your payment using any of the supported credit cards.
If you already have an account with PayPal you will then be able to directly download the patterns via direct links that you find on the page you return to. Just click the link and select a location on your hard drive where you would like to store the file.
You can then open that file and print it out on your own printer and start stitching.
In order to open the file you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. You can download it for free here.
The download links will be available under your Golden Kite account for 7 days after you checked out from the shop. Just log in and click 'My Account' and the 'View' button next to the order to get to the download links.
A few of the patterns may not be available for direct download. The reason is that it is currently being updated. If that is the case, we will email the pattern to you when the update is completed (might take a few working days).
If you for some reason can't get the download to work (maybe you are out of space on your hard drive, or there is a connection problem), or if you prefer your patterns to be emailed to you, then just contact our Customer Support and we will send the patterns to you via email instead. Please note that we might need up to 48 hours in order to deliver the patterns via email.

Printed version

The patterns are also available in printed format which will be sent to you via regular mail. The postage cost will be added automatically to your order when you begin your checkout process.
